Join Pengu on a Platforming Adventure!

Help Pengu waddle, jump, and puzzle his way through floating islands and moving platforms to reach his magical castle. A short 3D platformer with simple controls, colorful graphics, and tons of charm!

Special Ending

If you see Pengu and others on the ending screen then it means you beat 100% of the game. 100% requires certain conditions to be met which includes finding a hidden easter egg :)

How This Project Came to Life

This 3D platformer was created as the final project for the University of New Haven’s Intermediate Game Development course (CSCI-3354-01). It features a main menu, collectibles, and a goal that either ends the game or unlocks new levels. The v1.0.1 alpha devlog contains a downloadable version of the game from when it was submitted as a final project. I initially wanted to share it with friends and family but then realized it could reach a wider audience!

Special Thanks and Credits

A huge thank you to Professor Levine for teaching the skills used for this project. Also, credit goes to Kenney, KayKit, and SonaSar for their amazing free asset packs - definitely worth checking out!

Words from the Creator

I initially set out to create a game about collecting moon fragments to restore six destroyed moons, with a moon-eating dragon waiting as the final boss. The original plan included custom assets, combat mechanics, and deeper lore, but the free asset packs I used reshaped the visuals, story, and gameplay. Despite the shift in direction, I still accomplished more than I expected and realized that the skills I gained serve as a strong foundation for building even greater games in the future. I have no regrets about how it turned out - and I hope it inspires others, too!

Easter Egg Hint

If pressing Q and E does something, then you have found the easter egg that contributes to the special ending :)
